Willyson is an excellent employee and a great asset to our Wendy’s culture.  He is a quick and fast learner and gets along with all his colleagues.  He is devoted to everything he does and is always willing to learn more.  You can count on him to deliver great service to our customers and win them over with his smile.  His nickname is “Smiley”  because from the moment he walks in the store until the moment he walks out, you will see his infectious smile whether it is to customers or other employees.  Willyson started working with us on June 16, 2016 and he is the definition of a 5-Star employee.
