Quwanda has been working at Middlesex Wendy’s now for 5 years. She started as a part time employee working after school. This was her first job. She has blossomed since then into a fulltime supervisor. She has learned the true meaning of customer service and how to make a difference in a guest’s day by simply being friendly and attentive. As a crew member, Quwanda showed interest in taking on more responsibilities to help the management team as much as possible. This was the beginning of her advanced Wendy’s career. We are proud to include her in our Management Team
