Michael O — 3rd Quarter 2017 — 5 Star Employee Wendy’s #108

Michael has been working for our Wendy’s family since June 2017.  Michael exemplifies the characteristics of a 5-Star employee.  He is always on time and in full uniform.  He truly demonstrates the “My Wendy’s Culture.”  When it comes to satisfying customers, he is the best.  His name is all over customer satisfaction surveys.  Michael is a team player, ready to help where help is needed.  He is a quick learner and is always looking for opportunities to learn more.  Talk about a 5-Star employee:  he came in on his first day and interacted with customers like he had been working here for years!  There is only “one” in a million that show appreciation for their job and we are lucky to have him as part of our team!
