Kedny Thelusma – 1st Qtr 2016, Rahway Ave, Elizabeth NJ

Kedny joined the Wendy’s family in October 2015. She was eager to learn and always has a smile. Kedny trained on front register and always ask the customers their names. One day a customer ordered a combo and when he left he forgot his drink. Kedny ran after him but he drove off. The customer called later and said he didn’t get his drink. Kedny said she would like to bring the drink to him because she wanted him to be happy and always come back. The customer told her not to as he will return himself for the drink the next day. Kedny will always go the extra mile to make customers happy. She has pride in her job and is always willing to help.
